Under the terms of the lease for apartments:

16. No bird animal or reptile shall be kept in
the Premises without the written permission
of the Manager which if given shall be deemed
to be by way of licence revocable by the
Manager at will.

the Consort Properties. Please attach a cheque
for £57.50 made payable to Consort Properties.
This is for altering the lease.

The Gate House is only small & does not have the capacity to hold lots of keys on a long term basis. However – we are happy to hold keys for residents for up to 48hrs.

Please print the above form & take it to the Gate House with your keys.

For insurance reasons keys cannot be released without a valid up to date key holding form.

Please note:

There is no master key to all properties & there are no spare keys held anywhere.

If you are accidentally locked out – the Concierge can call a locksmith for you – but these can be expensive !

There are key cutters in Kew & Sheen.

Key Fobs

Additional key fobs for apartment blocks or for the Apex Leisure Centre can be purchased at the Estate Management Office for £6.50 each.

Payment by cheque only, sorry - no cash.
