The Concierge at Kew Riverside can help with things such as...
• 48hr key holding (see 'Keys' page)
• Small parcel - collection 72 hrs
• Taxi companies
• Electricity meter readings for apartments
The
Concierges are based in the Gate House by the main entrance
24 hrs
a day / 7 days a week (including bank holidays & Christmas etc...).
You
can contact them on: 020 8392 9114 or 07775 855 055.
Email: gatehouse@kew-riverside.net
The concierges patrol the estate several times a day and are contactable on mobile. Please leave a voicemail as certain areas when on patrol are out of range.
Whilst the Concierges do monitor CCTV cameras - they are not security guards. If you see suspicious behaviour please call the Police first.
For insurance reasons - Concierges are not authorised to enter properties unless in an emergency.
For insurance reasons keys cannot be released without a valid up to date key holding form. Please note 48 hrs maximum.
The Gate House
Unfortunately The Gate House is very small - so this
limits the size of parcels that can be taken in for residents. (Large deliveries may be turned away). Collection 72hrs.
Deliveries of fruit/veg & dry cleaning cannot be accepted.
Visitors in vehicles should stop at the Gate House upon entering the estate to enquire about parking arrangements (see 'parking' page).
Parking restrictions apply. Always contact concierge on arrival.
During office hours - if the Concierge in on patrol or on lunch break - please see the Estate Management Office opposite
Neighbourly Issues
Some things are really more neighbourly issues than the Concierge role covers - we would like to recommend that these are ideally best resolved between neighbours rather than contacting the Gate House...
• Loud music
• Cooking smells
• Cigarette smoke
• Use of bike racks
• Inconsiderate parking
• Soil etc... swept off balconies
Richmond Council operate a Weekend Neighbour Noise number: 07944 038 495. They also have special info packs on how to deal with noisy neighbours.
