Your
key fob will be programmed after you have attended a gym induction.
Extra key fobs can be purchased for £7.50 - cheques only.
Entry without a fob - proof of residency required.
Everyone is required to have a gym induction (regardless of previous
gym experience). This takes approx 45mins and covers medical forms,
fitness analysis and programme design – as well as terms &
conditions. After the initial induction you are free to come &
go as you wish. (Tenants - your key fobs are programmed for the duration of your tenancy - Please specify expected tenancy period.)
Professional exercise advice is available at all times.
Please Note:
Use
of the pool, sauna, jacuzzi & gym are free - accompanied guests.
Payments for sun bed are cash or cheque only.
Payments for treatments, personal training & classes
etc are cash, cheque or card.
Residents must accompany guests at all times.
Unfortunately access to the Apex is not available
to those living in TVHA properties.
External personal trainers are not allowed in The Apex for insurance
reasons.
Residents living in properties where service charges
remain outstanding for long periods - may have access to the Apex
Leisure centre barred until funds are cleared.
